We provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for products purchased directly from joyor-europe.com.
The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects and does not include normal wear and tear.
4. What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects resulting from:
- Manufacturing faults;
- Material defects;
- Assembly defects;
- Electrical component failures under normal use;
- Mechanical component failures under normal use.
At our discretion, we may provide:
- Replacement parts;
- Repair guidance;
- Product repair;
- Product replacement;
- Alternative reasonable remedies.
5. Battery Warranty
Battery warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects;
- Abnormal battery failure under normal use;
- Significant loss of battery functionality caused by manufacturing issues.
Battery performance naturally decreases over time and with use.
Normal capacity reduction resulting from age, charging cycles, storage conditions, or environmental factors is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Damage caused by water ingress, improper charging, unauthorized modifications, impact, or misuse is not covered.
Replacement batteries do not restart the original warranty period. Any replacement battery remains covered only for the remainder of the original warranty term.
6. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal Wear and Tear
Including but not limited to:
- Tires;
- Inner tubes;
- Brake pads;
- Brake discs;
- Brake cables;
- Grips;
- Plastic covers;
- Cosmetic scratches;
- Paint wear;
- Stickers;
- Footpads.
User Damage
Damage caused by:
- Accidents;
- Falls;
- Collisions;
- Abuse;
- Negligence;
- Improper storage;
- Improper transportation;
- Unauthorized modifications.
Environmental Damage
Damage resulting from:
- Flooding;
- Water immersion;
- Fire;
- Corrosion;
- Lightning;
- Extreme temperatures;
- Natural disasters.
Improper Use
Including:
- Commercial rental use;
- Racing activities;
- Stunt riding;
- Overloading beyond rated limits;
- Use contrary to product instructions.
7. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty claims may be rejected where:
- The product has been modified without authorization.
- Repairs were performed by unauthorized persons.
- The serial number is missing, altered, or unreadable.
- Damage results from improper maintenance.
- Required proof of purchase cannot be provided.
- The defect is caused by misuse rather than manufacturing fault.
8. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
For approved warranty claims:
- Replacement parts are generally provided without charge during the applicable warranty period.

- We may choose the most cost-effective method of resolving the issue, including remote troubleshooting and replacement part delivery.

We may provide troubleshooting instructions before approving a warranty remedy.
Failure to cooperate with reasonable diagnostic procedures may delay claim processing.
